Sara Simpson, a CNA at RiverLedge was among the field of nominees for the latest round of Life Improved Awards.
Ms. Simpson was nominated by Staff Development Assistant Jennifer LaFlair, who wrote, "Sara Simpson is a CNA I used to work with a lot and she's very thorough with anything she does for the residents."
Ms. LaFlair also added that she feels Ms. Simpson is a CNA working for the right reasons.
"She is definitely here to make a difference in the residents' lives. She will always do the right thing even when no one is looking. She is a great person to work along."
