While Jamie Fields may not be a vocal leader, those who work with her at the Kendrew IRA say she leads by example and is undoubtedly one of the buidling's leaders.

Ashley Bice, who nominated Ms. Fields said, Jamie works 40 hours per week doing midnights at the Kendrew IRA. She is always punctual and rarely calls in. She goes above an beyond every shift she works and always double checks to make sure each resident has their personal care completed and medication on hand. She is always on top of the day to day things that need to be done in the house and Jamie definitely keeps the house running smoothly."

Ms. Bice continued, "Jamie is a very quiet, caring person, who has been with United Helpers for 6-7 years. I think it would mean a lot to show her appreciation with this award."
